I have not had any driver issues in a VERY long time, but I have also not been installing the audio drivers either. I switched over to dual monitors and the HDMI audio while playing BF3 and this message popped up and the game crashed. It seemed to be related to dual monitors/sound drivers. Never a BSOD.īF3 still crashes like crazy! The only stable drivers for this game on the 5 series graphics cards are 285.62 released Oct 25, 2011. Other times the system locks-up and I can still see the desktop, while most times the screen goes black as mentioned above. Sometimes I get the error above and can just kill bf.exe. I just can't use the mouse or keyboard and I can't see anything.
